USA UFF RETURN POLICY
USATuff is a small, family owned and operated business. Every aspect from taking your order, processing it, manufacturing the kits and packaging it up for your shipment is handled by myself and my husband along with a small group of dedicated employees who care about what we do. Every wrap kit and pad is made to order just for you and handled with care. We do not stock kits or pads as we want you to have a fresh product, made for you when you order. Depending on the complexity of the wrap or pad, your order will ship in 1-5 business days from when you order.
Because each wrap kit and pad is made to order for you directly, we are not able to accept returns on the product if you change your mind or ordered by mistake. To help explain this policy, when a kit or pad is returned, it is often unintentionally damaged during the return process which means we cannot resell it. If it arrives in good condition, we must find another customer who has your exact cooler and wants the same design/color that you ordered. This can be a challenge. In rare cases, if the wrap kit/design is a very popular one, we may take a return with a 20% restocking fee, and we will try to resell it. The 20% restock fee helps us to cover the costs of repackaging the kit and posting it up on the Sale section of our website or Ebay to find the kit a new home.
In the world of large retail chains with unlimited returns and ‘Free Shipping’ advertised everywhere, we do have a challenge as we try to compete. We choose to keep our pricing very affordable, and we do not add heavy markups to our product, as most companies do, to absorb the ‘free shipping’ and ‘returns’ concept.
With that said, we 100% STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCT! If for ANY reason we made a mistake, or the product is defective, we will replace your kit or pad for you. We have been very lucky and have never had a product returned to us for being defective. We are proud of this accomplishment!
Return Policy In A NutShell
- All kits are made to order for you and are not returnable.
- We will consider returns on our best selling items on a case-by-case basis as long as the item has not been removed from its original packaging.
- We will replace any item if there is an issue with the product quality or if our team makes a mistake in the production process.
