USATuff is the home of The Original Cooler Wrap! After 19 years in the off-road racing graphics industry under the AMR Racing brand, we launched USATuff and developed the first full cooler wrap in early 2015. Since this date, many other companies have come onto the scene but none have equaled our quality, attention to detail or customer service.

We say this with pride as we are the only cooler wrap that is manufactured specifically to adhere to injected-molded and roto-molded coolers. Our material and adhesive are proprietary and made just for USATuff. Our wraps are the toughest, thickest and most durable on the market. Most competitors use car vinyl wrap which is not designed for use on coolers and will ultimately come off or become damaged with normal use. Our vinyl is virtually indestructible and was originally design for use on off-road racing bikes.  You can be assured that your USATuff kit will last!

Here at USATuff our focus is ‘Cooler Wraps’.  We have hand templated over 30 major brands of coolers and we know our industry from top to bottom! Other companies may offer cooler wraps ‘on the side’, but it is not their primary focus. Because Cooler Wraps and SeaDek Pas are our main business, you can be assured we have spent the time to ensure you are getting the best possible wrap and pad for your cooler.
We Offer Custom Services!
In addition to our over 150 stock designs, USATuff offers custom design services for both individuals and business entities. What differentiates us from others is that every custom order is handled by an ‘actual’ designer. Most companies offer the option to upload your logo and text, but it is through a cookie-cutter editing tool that does not consider the detail necessary to ensure the layout, resolution and other design elements are in place. Our attention to detail ensures the best presentation of your project.  Your design will be set up by our in-house designer and a proof will be sent for your review and editing prior to moving to production.
