Whether we already have your boat’s template on file or you’ll be creating one with our help, we’ll guide you through a smooth, stress-free process that ends with a perfect fit.
Not sure which path applies to your boat? No problem — we’ll help you find out. When you request a quote, our team reviews your photos and details to determine whether we already have your model’s SeaDek® template or if we’ll create one together using the USATuff Template Kit.
If we already have a template for your make and model, you’re halfway there! We’ll confirm your details and, once your order is placed, walk you through the fit-check process before finalizing your custom SeaDek® flooring design and cutting your boat decking.
Even when we already have your boat’s template, we always confirm fit with paper templates to guarantee accuracy. If any adjustments are needed during the fit process, we’ll guide you through each step to ensure a perfect result.
If we don’t have your template on file, no problem — we’ll help you create one! Our team specializes in guiding customers through the SeaDek® Template process using the USATuff Mylar Template Kit. We’ll send you the Mylar material, clear step-by-step instructions, and links to helpful tutorial videos. Our team then works back and forth with you to turn your tracings into precise digital templates. From there, we’ll send paper fits for verification before finalizing your design.
